Hi! I'm Samantha Tamayo, the founder of Essri Hair. I'm a Chicago born and raised hair stylist with over ten years of styling experience. Going independent has always been a dream of mine and now, my dream has turned into my favorite adventure. Throughout the years, I have gained hands-on experience mastering numerous cutting styles and received multiple certifications in keratin treatment applications and extension installations. I love building a strong connection with each of my clients and strive to help their personalities shine through their hair. At Essri Hair, I offer a variety of customized cuts, keratin treatments, and extensions to deliver exceptional one-on-one services for all my clients. My goal is to deliver specialized styling experiences with the utmost quality. I work individually with each of my clients to understand their unique needs and design a plan to execute those effortlessly perfect hair days, each and everyday. I truly want your experience at Essri Hair to be both relaxing and inspirational. My goal is to boost my client's confidence and to have them leave the salon feeling like the main character. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. You can always cancel or reschedule your appointment online through my booking site as long as it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This is the easiest way to make changes and allows the appointment to become available for another client. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. These fees will be charged to the card on file. I completely understand that life happens! Emergencies and unexpected circumstances do come up, and I will always do my best to use my discretion and approach these situations with understanding.
